Rules

Violations of this policy will result in a loss of deposit for all guests and eviction.

• No unregistered guests allowed in your home.

• No pets.

• Non-payment or Late payment.

• No smoking. All properties are non-smoking.

• You are responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings during your stay.

• Non communication.

• Unsanitary Living Conditions.

• Criminal Activity or disturbances involving law enforcement.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am Sunday-Thursday; 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Friday Saturday

• No parking storage Boats, RVS, ATVS, utility trailers.

• Please remain on driveway. Do not drive or park in the yard.

• Please place all bagged garbage in designated receptacles.

• No Events, parties, or large gatherings.

• Please report all damages upon arrival.

• Must be 21 years of age to register.

• Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests.

• Clotheslines are not permitted.

• Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on all properties including BB, Airsoft and pellet guns.
